Pulse have a range of exciting classes available suitable for all our members. View the class descriptions below or click on the links to access our timetable or booking form.
All bookings are made online. For your first time making a booking please click ‘Forgot Password?’. If your email address does not work it must not match the one in the system, you will need to contact us to update it.
Active Seniors
This class is one especially for our wise residents at Wentworth Point. These classes will work on knee strength, stability, strength, core and heart health. It is open for men and women.
Whilst this class is specific for our over 60’s if you are recovering from injury or have any injury concerns, this class might be a good one to help you on your journey to better health.
Cardio
Did someone turn up the heat at Pulse? Get ready to sweat it up and get your heart rate pumping during this 45-minute calorie torching epic work out.
Our instructor will guide you through a high intensity workout that will leave you feeling energized and rewarded for your efforts. No matter what your fitness level, you are invited to join us and work at your pace.
Requirements? Bring your best game face, a good attitude and prepare for work.
Fit Fusion
Are you one of those people that always want “the best of both worlds” ?
Your wish is our command with FitFusion. A blend of Cardio and Strength classes meshed into one.

Gentle Yoga / Stretching
Gentle Yoga / Stretching with Toni Payne
Pilates
Strengthens and conditions the muscles in the body and brings an inner awareness of your physical capabilities.
PULSE Aqua Aerobics
This one is for all ages and all fitness levels. Be guided by our legendary instructor Janelle as she turns up the volume, cranks up some of her favourite music and gets you movin’ to the beat in the water. Don’t underestimate this one. It’s fun and also a great workout and kind to the joints.
Pulse Dance Fitness
Boogie your way into the week ahead with our dance class! Dance is scientifically proven to reduce stress, increase levels of serotonin and increase muscular strength and endurance- what better way to take care of your body and mind! Our instructor will guide you through a warm up, stretching, progressions and a routine! No need to worry if you have two feet, this class is welcome to all no matter your age or ability. Get ready to learn new moves, make friends and sweat it out to your favourite tunes!
PULSE Yoga
Focuses on relaxation techniques and indulges into your spiritual and physical well being.
PULSE Yoga for Hip Mobility
Modern lifestyles mean that the muscles around our hips get tight and weak. This can cause other problems in the body. This class works at strengthening and opening up the hip area to counteract the effects of sitting too much and being too sedentary. It will benefit all ages and all levels of ability.
Strength
Wanna get strong? Get lifting in our 45 minute strength based workout. This workout will have you working all of those big compound muscles groups, with a sprinkle of the unexpected. Slow it down, concentrate on technique and work at your own pace and ability.
All fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga Slow and Steady
This yoga session will focus on moving into different yoga poses in rhythm with your breathing and learning and simple breathing techniques. It will be slow and introspective movement practice which will help you build strength, mobility and balance in physical body as well as in your mental and emotional body.

Booking Rules
Failure to comply with the following booking rules will result in a penalty on your membership restricting your ability to book classes and the tennis courts for 1 week. Class booking Rules:
- All bookings MUST be done at least 1 hour prior to class starting.
- If you are unable to make it to the class you MUST cancel your booking at least 1 hour prior to class starting. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty on your membership restricting your ability to book classes or tennis courts for 1 week.
- You MUST scan your blue tag prior to each class. This will check you into the class. You can scan at any access point in the gym to check into your class.
- You will not be allowed to attend any classes unless you have made a booking.
- You cannot make bookings for other people or give out your blue tag to friends, family or guests for use of any Pulse facilities.
Pulse Management and staff have the right to suspend your membership if you fail to comply with these rules.
